Moodle responds very slow, theme/styles_debug.php usa mucho CPU

Solution: Desmarcar Site Administration > Appearance > Themes > Theme settings > Theme Designer Mode to enable browser cache.

An easy and simple solution, Thanks for the input. now that the burden of styles_debug.php is because that option is checked.
