If you committed the madness of activating the Save Contacts, sure you receive notices (“X contacts on your SIM have been modified, you want to save your changes now?”) they don't let your phone turn off. You can deactivate it in the Telcel menu (usually with a SIM card icon) > Applications (to the bottom) > Save Contacts. By selecting it, Hit the description message (“This service allows you to backup your contacts…”), then go to Settings and turn it off.
