Dictionary

To edit the Custom Dictionary:

  1. Close Chrome
  2. Rename or delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Custom Dictionary.txt.backup
  3. Add/remove words from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Custom Dictionary.txt.backup
  4. Remove the checksum in the last line (checksum_v1 = XXXXXXX) and save
  5. Restart Chrome
